When Spencer was 5 years old he lost his first baby teeth. Upon learning that the tooth fairy would be visiting his room to collect his tooth, he became VERY upset and asked his Mama to help him write a letter to the tooth fairy:

Dear Tooth Fairy,
My name is Spencer Hawk. I am 5 years old. Today I lost my first baby tooth. I was eating a piece of Canadian bacon when my tooth came out at breakfast before school.
Please do not come to my house.
I am scared of you. I don't like you. Here is my tooth in this envelope. So you do not need to
come to my house - or my room. Thank you.
If you want to give me money, please mail it to me.
And you cannot look at my toys. Thank you. And don't look at my computer. Don't ever look at my blankets or Mama and Doug's blankets.
Thank you for listening to me!
Your friend
Spencer
The Tooth Fairy wrote a nice reply back and sent him compensation for his tooth via mail... |
